Order Processing and Fulfillment
All products sold on MintWraps.co are made-to-order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Because each item is individually printed and packaged, orders typically require 2 to 7 business days for production before shipping begins. Production times vary by product type and print provider location.
Shipping Regions and Methods
We ship to the United States and select international destinations. Available shipping methods and delivery times depend on the destination and products ordered.

Standard Shipping: 7 to 15 business days
Expedited Shipping: 3 to 7 business days (where available)

Standard Shipping: 10 to 20 business days

Standard Shipping: 10 to 25 business days

Shipping Rates

Flat-rate shipping may apply on certain products or promotions.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive:
A confirmation email
A tracking number
You can track your order using the carrier link provided in the shipping confirmation email.
If you do not receive a tracking number within 7 business days of purchase, please contact us at support@mintwraps.co.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items that are fulfilled by different print providers, items may arrive separately and tracking numbers will be issued per shipment.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may be charged once your package reaches your destination country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Address Errors and Changes
Please review your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to change the shipping address once the order enters production. If you provide an incorrect address that results in a returned package, reshipment fees may apply.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
MintWraps.co is not responsible for:
Shipping carrier delays
Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
If your shipment is lost or damaged, please contact us at support@mintwraps.co within 14 days of the delivery date. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier or print provider.
Returns and Exchanges
Because products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days with photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue.
